Our Story
NUTRIXCARE was founded in December 2025 by Caroline Pach, a certified Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation in internal medicine and patient‑centered primary care. With over five years of frontline nursing and advanced practice experience across major healthcare systems in the Greater Chicago area, the founder brings deep expertise in managing both acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient populations.
Her clinical background includes roles at leading institutions such as Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Rush University Medical Center, followed by advanced practice work as an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner beginning in early 2026. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago. Caroline is proficient in English and Polish, and she is currently studying Italian. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, fashion, and dancing.
